Calling it a take-out joint is a stretch.  M and M Ribs consists of a truck and a smoker, parked in an empty lot in Roxbury, and lots of meat. Oh, what meat! Owner-chef Big Moe has it down: tender slabs of pork, with just the right amount of smoke and spice. The home-made sauce adds a touch of fire. (Go for a side of the ultra-cheesy mac and cheese to cut the heat.) M and M is definitely off the beaten track and 'way off the tourist radar, but BBQ this good is worth the trek. Do yourself a favor and order an extra slab or two to take home.
