The Mills 50 District is known for its large collection Vietnamese restaurants, making it sometimes hard to choose where to get your pho fix. But hidden in a strip mall is an innocuous little dining room playing soft Buddhist devotional music. And their take on the traditional noodle bowl is a bit thicker and tastier than the usual thin soup. In fact, all of their dishes feel more authentic yet bursting with flavor – herbs, fish sauce and excellently prepared meats and seafood.
