Patriotic Festival

Description:

Virginia Beach and the surrounding cities are home to some of the nation’s largest military bases, and the Patriotic Festival is the city’s chance to honor the armed forces personnel and their families. The celebration takes place over Memorial Day weekend and features three days of live music, military demonstrations, and an Air Show featuring the Blue Angels. Each year, the Festival attracts some of music’s biggest names including past acts such as Carrie Underwood, the Beach Boys, and Zac Brown Band to name a few. All events are free and open to the public with select reserved seating available for purchase to the concerts.
