1492 Tapas Bar

If you want authentic Spanish tapas, 1492 is your place. The extensive menu covers both traditional and new Spanish delights, as well as Nuovo Latino cuisine. The wood flooring and staircase, combined with the warm lighting, give this spot a luxurious and old-world feel. Don't forget to enjoy some wine with your tapas!

Hot Doug's

As seen on TV, The Hot Doug's menu is in a constant state of evolution, but always features exotic and bizarre sausage dishes.  You can't go wrong with the authentic Chicago dog.  Be sure to say hi to owner, Doug, who runs the register every day.

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Chicago is full of delicious pizzerias, so it's hard for locals to pick the best. However, Lou Malnati's is almost always on a top five Chicago pizzas list. The menu is a deep dish delight, but the appetizers and salads are also worth an honorable mention. Don't leave without trying at least a slice of their famous pizza. The Buttercrust is an authentic tribute to the Chicago masterpiece.

Lula Café

Lula's focuses on fresh, organic ingredients. Their menu changes daily, but is always split into small, inexpensive plates and larger plates worth the extra bucks. It's hip, laid-back and absolutely delicious!
