Discover the world of underwater creatures at the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay. Here you can find North America's only predator-based aquarium and exhibit. See sharks of all kinds, along with sawfish, giant rays, endangered green sea turtles, piranha, moon jellies and the rare golden crocodiles. In all, there are more than 2,000 animals in 1.6 million gallons of seawater. In all, 14 exhibits reside in this underwater spot. On holidays, you can visit Santa Claus or go through the haunted exhibit with fearsome predators including sharks and a rare Komodo dragon with dagger-like teeth and piercing razor-sharp claws will lurk in exhibits, terrorizing spectators on Halloween.

Adventuredome Theme Park

Thrill rides await at the Adventuredome, a five-acre indoor amusement park inside Circus Circus. Inside you can find 25 rides and attractions. Look for the Canyon Blaster, the only indoor double-loop, double-corkscrew roller coaster that flies at 55 miles per hour. The Disk'O combines a breathtaking dual rocking/spinning motion with front row seats for all. Rides here can accommodate kids of any age. An 18-hole miniature golf course, arcade, clown shows, midway games and more are all awaiting here. And every October, the Adventuredome converts into Frightdome with Halloween themes throughout.

Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art

Just as legendary as the work it contains, the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art is a showcase of high-end artwork. Exhibitions from international museums and private collections range from Monet masterpieces to celebrity portraits by Andy Warhol. Don’t miss your chance to see some of the world’s most exquisite pieces, often presented for their first public view.

Ethel M Chocolate Factory

Chocolate and cacti may seem to be an odd combination, but Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens has the pair down to a science and draws hundreds of thousands to its facility each year. Watch gourmet chocolate being made then sample all you’d like. Stroll through the three-acre cactus garden, which boasts more than 300 varieties of the plant.

Fall of Atlantis

If you are smitten with the stories of Greek mythology, then you will be absolutely spellbound with the fountain show presentation of the Fall of Atlantis. This popular attraction repeats several times each day and holds a special surprise at the end. Behind the fountain, take a look at the 50,000-gallon saltwater aquarium, which houses more than 100 species of aquatic life.
