With a simple name like Toast, you may not think a spot could be so fab, right? Wrong! Located on the Woodward corridor in fabulous Ferndale, Toast gives breakfast lovers a chance to chat and ‘toast’ to a delicious breakfast. The kitschy diner feel hits you the moment you walk in, with vintage toasters on display. The menu, composed of several sweet and savory options, has some major standouts, including fresh-squeezed orange juice, omelets with a variety of fillings, granola banana hotcakes, strawberry rhubarb French toast and a seasonal favorite, pumpkin pancakes, during the fall. 

The Breakfast Club

If you’re on a quest for a unique neighborly spot featuring a twist on breakfast favorites, The Breakfast Club may be the spot for you. Its small, yet cozy space, adorned with colorful tablecloths make you feel like you’re dining in someone’s home. The menu is far from ordinary though – stellar standouts include the oven-baked French toast, topped with berries and streusel, and a variety of omelets.
